Patient Portal

What

In order to protect your medical information, we abide by HIPAA laws. Our Patient Portal is a secure way of communication between patients and the RHH team.

Why

The Patient Portal allows the RHH team to share visit summaries, test results, completed physical forms as well as answer appropriate questions. We are unable to give diagnoses or schedule appointments via the Patient Portal.



During business hours, Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, we will do our best to respond to you in a timely manner.

How

Step 1

On the day of your first appointment with RHH you will receive a Patient Portal registration email from Intelichart-HealthyOutcomes. Be sure to check your junk mail.

Step 2

Follow the steps listed in the email to register. If you have more than one child to register, after the initial registration you will have the option to add subsequent children to your account.

Step 3

Set-up communication preferences.

You will not receive alerts of communications from your RHH team without these steps completed.


  1. Go to ‘Settings’
  2. Under ‘My Account’
  3. Scroll down to ‘Notifications’
  4. Under ‘Send My Portal Notifications by’, select ‘TEXT’
  5. Enter your cell phone number and select your carrier, click ‘SAVE NOTIFICATION SETTINGS’


Note: In order to download or print complete documents from the portal, you must use the desktop version of the portal. Also, the Chrome web browser is most compatible for use.
